Refund Policy

CANCELLATION REFUND POLICY:  Pre-paid Reservations are non-refundable. A reservation may be cancelled only if cancelled at least 5 days before the scheduled departure date. If canceled is is more than 5 days prior to the departing date 50% on the total cost will be refunded

Full payment is required to reserve a service from ALLPOINT TRANSPORT for all Airport Pickups. The credit card you provide will be charged by the end of business the same day the reservation is made. This is to ensure you have a seat or vehicle you requested.

Online reservations are strongly encouraged and a confirmation email will be sent to purchaser.

Reservations are appreciated at least 48 hours before requested service. For best availability, reservations should be made as close as possible.
