Refund Policy

ALLPOINT TRANSPORT CANCELLATION REFUND POLICY:  Pre-paid Reservations are partially-refundable. A reservation may be cancelled at least 24 Hours before the scheduled arrival or departure date. If cancellation is less than 24 hours prior to the departing or arrival date. Only 50% on the total cost will be refunded.

Full payment is required to reserve a service from ALLPOINT TRANSPORT, for all Airport Pickups and Dropoffs. The credit card you provide will be charged by the end of business the same day the reservation is made. This is to ensure you have a seat or vehicle you requested.

Online reservations are strongly encouraged and a confirmation email will be sent to purchaser.

Reservations are appreciated at least 72 hours before requested service.

Changes to Your Scheduled Departure Date or Times: Only (1) change may be made to your originally scheduled departure time or date without incurring an additional $25.00 Change Fee, as long as price for the desired transportation is the same or less than the original transportation price.
